Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions** **1. Introduction** Welcome to Only 4 Paws (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our dog walking and pet care services, you (“client” or “customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. **2. Services** We provide dog walking, in-home dog sitting, puppy training, and pet appointment transportation services as described on our website. Services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. **3. Booking Policy** - All services must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our website contact form. - We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead to secure your preferred time slot. - For recurring services, we offer scheduled routines to simplify your pet care. **4. Cancellations & Changes** - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. - Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. - No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled time will be charged in full. - If we arrive and are unable to access the pet or premises, the full service fee will still apply. **5. Online Booking & Payment** - Clients may book services using our online form or booking system. A confirmation will be sent via email. - Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. - We accept [insert payment methods, e.g., debit/credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers]. - Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. - Refunds for cancellations made in accordance with our policy will be processed within 5–7 business days. - If technical issues arise during booking, please contact us directly at helloonly4pawshotmail.com. **6. Liability** - While we take every precaution for your pet's safety and well-being, Only 4 Paws is not liable for illness, injury, or loss resulting from unforeseen circumstances. - We are not responsible for any damages caused by your pet during or after our services. - In emergencies, we will attempt to contact you and, if necessary, seek veterinary care at your expense. **8. Safety & Access** - Clients must provide safe, secure access to their home for in-home services. - If entry cannot be gained, the
